Seems like copy_state_dict was moved from stable_audio_tools.training.utils to stable_audio_tools.models.utils at some point.
This fixes the copy_state_dict imports issue and polishes the imports with isort on top.

@ivnvalex thanks for looking at this! I think the import is actually currently correct with the pinned version of stable-audio-tools (0.0.17), but indeed the location of copy_state_dict changed in newer updates. If you bump the SAT version in setup.py to 0.0.19, we can merge.

@julian-parker thank you more for the rapid response and overall for contributing TAAE to the community!
You are right maybe it is my bad but it is just that readme seemed a little misleading like it required SAT as a prerequisite but 0.0.19 automatically installs with python>=3.10.
